2. Supporting Categories and Criteria
Criteria：

Note:Continuation of the living allowance and other types of scholarships in the following yearbased on the previous year's academic performance and performance evaluation.
（1） Registration fee, accommodation fee, insurance, physical examination fee and textbook fee are at students’ own expense.

3. Application Requirements
（1） Applicants must be a citizen of a country along “The Belt and Road”, and be in good health.
（2） Language Requirements:
      a.  For the Chinese-medium Program, Applicants should have the new HSK 4 with 180 scores certificate or above.
      b.  For the English-medium Program, Applicants should have TOEFL 68 or IELTS 5.5 certificate or above. 
      Note: English native speakers are excluded with English Proficiency requirements.

4. Programs&Major
All programs and majors of Chang’an university are available to apply.

5. Application Procedure
（1） Complete the online application and submit on the following application system: http://admission.chd.edu.cn
      Please choose Self-sponsored program in the first step.
      Pay application fee 400 yuan online(Pay application fee online at your home page at http://admission.chd.edu.cn/).

（2） Online upload list of application materials.
      a) Passport copy
      b) Highest diploma(original copy and translated photocopy).

          The applicant must submit On-study Certificate issued by his/her university, if he/she is an on-campusstudent.
      c) Latest notarized transcripts.
      d) A study or research plan in Chinese or in English(no less than 500 words).
      e) Foreigner Physical Examination Form must be filled in English.The results are valid for six months.
      f) Applicants who apply for Chinese-Medium Programs submit HSK transcripts.
      g) Applicants who apply for English-Medium Programs submit transcripts of TOEFL IBT or IELTS

         (Students in Countries with English as the official language, common language or native language are exempt from the submission).
      h) Certificate of No Criminal Record( Original version and Chinese translated version)
      i) Applicants who are in China need to submit some extra materials: Copy of visa page, performance certificate and transfer certificate.

Note:
- The materialsabove shall be provided only in Chinese or English and the certificates and transcripts must be Notarizationdocuments.
- No matter being admitted or not, the application materials or registration fee will not be returned.
