1．会客时间：
星期日至星期四为8:00—22:00
星期五、星期六为8:00—23:00
上课时间谢绝会客。
2．会客手续：
1)院内人员应持本人学生证或工作证登记。
2)外单位人员须持本人身份证登记。
3)外籍人员应持本人护照登记或相关有效证件登记。
4)由门卫值班人员打电话联系被会见的留学生。
5)会客人员办理登记手续后，应把本人证件留在门卫值班室。会见结束后交回登记单，再领取本人证件（外籍人员只登记，不留证件）。
3．未带证件或不出示证件者不能会客。
4．需邀请校外中国朋友进入自己房间学习，或在会客时间之外有特殊情况需要邀请客人进入自己房间的留学生，要事先向国际教育学院提出申请，经同意办理会客手续后方可入内。
5．客人不得私自在公寓留宿，如需住宿者，须事先向国际学院申请，获得批准方可留宿，一旦发现私自留宿，将作违纪处理。
6．留学生必须严格遵守会客时间，让来访者在会客时间结束前离开公寓。
7．如在公寓内进行违法活动，除按校纪校规处理外，还将依照我国治安管理条例处罚。
Regulations on Receiving Visitors
