In accordance with the Implementation Opinions of Shaanxi Province on the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020), the Shaanxi Provincial Government has established the Shaanxi Sanqin Scholarship to attract and encourage more outstanding international students to study in Shaanxi, vigorously promote the healthy and rapid development of international student education in Shaanxi, and enhance the international influence of higher education in the province. This scholarship aims to provide financial support to outstanding international students.
I. Eligibility Requirements
1. Applicants must be currently enrolled as full-time, self-funded undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral international students at our university in their second academic year or above (including the second year).
2. Applicants must abide by laws and regulations, demonstrate diligence in studies, achieve excellent academic performance, and exhibit good moral conduct. They must have no record of violating Chinese laws or university rules and disciplines.
3. Applicants must have outstanding academic performance, with all compulsory courses in the current academic year graded at Good or above.
4. International students who are already receiving or have received scholarships from the Chinese government or other types of scholarships are not eligible for this award.
