1.The candidates of the exam should enter into the exam room ten minutes before the exam time. Those who have been late for fifteen minutes are not allowed to participate in the exam. The candidates can hand in the paper fifteen minutes after the exam time.
2.The candidates cannot leave the exam room in the middle of exam.The only condition of leaving the exam room is handing in the paper.
3. An admission ticket and student ID card can ensure the candidates enter into the exam room. The candidates with no card or only one card are not allowed to take the exam. The candidates should sit in the designated seats. People who are unrelated to the exam enter into the exam room will be punished according to discipline of the School.
4. The candidates must bring necessary stationery when entering into the examroom.Borrowingstationery or calculator is forbidden during the exam and unauthorized borrowing will be regarded as cheating.Books, notebooks and manuscripts are not allowed to bring into the exam room, or they should be put on the platform (except the informal examinations), otherwise it will be dealt with as cheating.
5. The candidates should observe the command of the examiner, consciously maintain the order of the exam room and keep quiet. When encountering fuzzy questions, you can raise hand and ask the examiner, but you cannot ask questions concerningthe test content. Smoking is forbidden in the exam room.
6. The candidates should finish the paper within the designated time. The candidates should leave the exam room immediately after the exam and shouldn’tstay and chat near the exam room. The candidatesshould immediately stop writingin the end of the exam time. If the candidates don’t hand in the paper on time, the examiners have the right to rejectyour paper.Those who don’t hand in the paper will be regarded as skipping the exam.
7. The candidates must strictly abide by the examination discipline. In the middle of the examination, the candidates cannot talk to each other, look around, peep, exchange answer or any other forms of cheating.Once such actions are found, it will be dealt with as cheating and the course score is zero. Besides the cheater will be punished according to the discipline.
8, Unrelated person shouldn’t stay in or around the exam room, otherwise you will be punished according to the case.
These policies go into effect on September, 2013.
