First Step:
1. Apply to the International students’ affairs office of IES, and submit the application before 10th every March and September.
Second Step:
2. After the approval (3 work days) of international student affairs office, rent house off-campus and sign a contract
Third Step:
3. Go to International student affairs office with the contract and fill in “Application Form of Living off-campus of CAU International Student”, follow the steps according the application form，and finish the procedures and move out within the same month.
4. Submit the photocopy of contract, passport and student ID, file on record for reference.
5. Refund the accommodation deposit by the accommodation deposit receipt.
Fourth Step:
6. The accommodation allowance will be paid together with the living expense to student’s Bank of Communications Account from the following month.
CSC students who want to live off-campus should submit application on the beginning of each semester, namely apply on March and September each year, and student has to finish the procedures within the same month. Other time is not accepted.
The deadline for applying living off-campus is 30th November 2016，and should finish the procedures within November. It will be March and September for the year of 2017.
