According to the demands by CSC and Measures of Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status, International Education School will hold the 2017- 2018 CSC Scholarship Annual Review Meeting. The objective of the meeting is reviewing and evaluating CSC Scholarship students who have studied in China for one year or more.
Time and Location
Time:April 27th, 2:00pm
Location:Benbu Campus, International Education School, the 1st floor, Activity Room.
Review Object
All the CSC Scholarship students (except those who will graduate this year), and all the CSC PhD students who will extend the study period need to participate the review.
1. For those CSC Scholarship students who have started their specialized courses, including all the bachelor, master and doctoral students, they need to participate the review with their own faculty. They need to contact their faculty about the requirements, time and location of the meeting.
2. For those CSC Scholarship students who are doing the Chinese course during September of 2017 to July of 2018, they need to participate the review in International Education School. Time and location are mentioned above.

Requirements
1. All the CSC Scholarship students need to give a speech about self-summary in Chinese forno more than 3 minutes.
a) The speech should includeacademic records, learning attitude, attendance situation, activities participation and awards etc.
b) Put those details into a PPT and give the speech in Chinese.
2. All the CSC Scholarship students need to submit the Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status printed by CSC, academic transcript, activity certificates and thesis published etc.
3. Teachers will evaluate their performances during the speech and in China.
4. Chang’an University and CSC will decide whether they are qualified to continue enjoying the scholarship.
Any CSC Scholarship students who fail the review and evaluation or miss the review, their scholarship will be suspended for one year or terminated.
For all the CSC Scholarship students, please inform each other and attend the review meeting on time.
