Notice of International Student Assistant Recruitment

In order to provide more opportunities to our international students to show their talented abilities and work-study program, the International Student Affairs Office of International Education School established an internship for international students last year, and recruited the first group of international student assistants. The first group of assistants includes 6 students and they did a very good job in the past year. All the school staff and students thought highly of them according to their good performance and strong responsibility.

Due to most of them will graduate after this semester, International Student Affairs Office will hold recruitment for a new group of international student assistants. The recruitment is only within the International Students in Chang’an University. Interested candidates are welcomed to register for it.

Job requirements

1.Excellent performance, excellent marks

2.Chinese and English proficient, the speaker of 3rd language is preferred

3.Work seriously, conscientious, with good communication skills and strong teamwork spirit

4.Skilled in office and new media software operation.

  

 Job responsibilities

1.To assist in planning and organizing student activities

2.Edit the activities of international students’ news, video production etc

3.Assist in the daily affairs of International Students

4.Check up of international student apartments and public service supervision

5.Other international students related work.

Interested students send their curriculum vitae to zzh007@chd.edu.cn before 18th of April 2018, and the school will organize a selection and interview.

  

Allowance

According to the actual evaluation, each assistant will get monthly allowance of 300 RMB.

The Excellent assistants have a priority to be recommended for applying Chinese Government Scholarship and other categories of scholarships.
